CAT Application Form 2017: Online registration is the first and extremely important stage for any entrane exam. If you fail to do online registration properly, your application will be cancelled by the concerned authority during screening process. So, all candidates are required to be quite attentive while filling up the application form for any entrance exam.

According to the IIMs, CAT 2016 takers need to be graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. For the reserved category candidates, the cutoff percentage is 45%. Final year graduation or Bachelor’s Degree students were also be eligible to apply for CAT 2016. There is no age limit for appearing in CAT.
The IIMs and the government B-schools follow the reservation criteria of seats as per the Government of India regulations. The following table brings to you the category wise reservation structure of seats.
